<P><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 8pt" face=Verdana>所有问卷至少要有一个题目组别。题目组别是用来把把问卷题目分门别类地编排。它包括组别名称及组别说明，当您选择"新增题目组别" 您要在空白画面填写这两个栏位资料.。<STRONG>题目组别名称</STRONG>︰题目组别的标题。本栏位必须填写，每当问卷完成后，它会决定问卷内容的编排次序，因为问卷是可以题目组别名称作为排序的依据，因此建议您按题目组别的名称顺序建立。例如︰ "第一段:) 关于您." , "第二段:) 您查看.".&nbsp; 题目组别的说明︰ 本栏可选择不填，它的作用是让填写问卷人士知道有关题目组别的简介资料。如果本栏没有填写, 当用户填写问卷时，会"逐次显示" ，而不会以逐页方式显示题目组别名称及组别说明。</FONT></P></BODY></html>
