Cookies Benutzen:</span>
Damit haben Sie eine gewisse Zugriffskontrolle, wenn Sie keine
Zugangsschl&uuml;ssel benutzen. Wenn Sie diese Einstellung auf 'Ja'
setzen, dann wird beim Absenden der Umfrage durch einen Telnehmer ein
Cookie auf dessen Computer gespeichert, damit man sp&auml;ter weiss, ob
dieser Teilnehmer die Umfrage evtl. schon einmal ausgef&uuml;llt hat.
Falls der Teilnehmer das noch einmal mit dem selben Rechner versuchen
sollte, wird er daran gehindert. Dies ist nur eine ganz einfache
Zugriffskontrolle und nicht besonders schlau. Wenn zwei
unterschiedliche Teilnehmer versuchen sollten am gleichen Rechner die
Umfrage auszuf&uuml;llen, wird diese Methode das leider auch verhindern
- nur der erste Teilnehmer wird es n&auml;mlich k&ouml;nnen. Sie
sollten sich dieser Probleme bewusst sein, bevor Sie diese Option
aktivieren. Es ist ganz hilfreich, mehrfaches Ausf&uuml;llen durch eine

Ihrer Umfrage zu jeder Gruppe beliebig viele Fragen hinzuf&uuml;gen.
Wenn Sie auf das "Neue Frage hinzuf&uuml;gen"-Symbol klicken, erscheint
eine Seite in der Sie einen Fragen-Code angeben m&uuml;ssen. Dieser
Code ist ein Pflichtfeld und bestimmt die Reihenfolge, in der die
Fragen innerhalb dieser Gruppe gezeigt werden. Der Fragen-Code kann bis
zu f&uuml;nf Zeichen lang sein. Die Fragen innerhalb der Gruppe werden
nach diesem Code alphabetisch sortiert. Das Eingabefeld <strong>Frage</strong>:
enth&auml;lt die eigentliche Frage an den Teilnehmer und kann
unbegrenzt lang sein. Im Eingabefeld <span style="font-weight: bold;">Hilfetext</span><strong>:</strong>
k&ouml;nnen Sie einen Text eingeben, der sp&auml;ter unter den
Antwortm&ouml;glichkeiten der Frage erscheint. Das <strong>Typ</strong>: Feld
ist eine Auswahlliste f&uuml;r die verschiedenen

You are currently viewing the <u>Labels</u> section of the Label Sets

(usually) add, remove or edit the labels within a 'label set'. Labels
consist of a 'code', and a 'title'. The code will not be visible to
survey participants but is used to save the response. You can modify
the order in which the label titles appear using the "Up" and "Dn"
buttons. The highest placed label will appear at the left, and the
lowest place at the right.</font></p>

used by an existing survey, this screen will display a warning
suggesting that adding or deleting items may cause unintended
consequences. Because Label Sets can be shared by more than one survey
or question, modifying a label set should be approached with caution to

automatisch eine sog. eindeutig Beschriftungs-Set-Nummer, genannt LID
(Labelset InDex). Sie k&ouml;nnen mehrere Beschriftungssets mit dem
gleichen Namen anlegen (obwohl das nicht empfohlen wird,da man sonst
sehr leicht die Sets verwechselt), denn ein Beschriftungsset wird sich
immer von einem anderen durch die LID Nummer unterscheiden.</font></p>

mindestens eine Gruppe haben. Gruppen sind dazu da, um Fragen damit zu
logischen Gruppen zusammenzufassen. Eine Gruppe hat einen Namen und
eine Beschreibung. Nachdem Sie 'Eine Gruppe hinzuf&uuml;gen'
ausgew&auml;hlt haben kommen Sie zu einer ziemliche leeren Seite mir
nur zwei auszuf&uuml;llenden Eingabefeldern. <strong>Gruppenname</strong>: ist ,
wer h&auml;tt's gedacht, der Name Ihrer Gruppe. Dieses Feld muss
ausgef&uuml;llt werden und bestimmt zus&auml;tzlich auch die
Reihenfolge, in der die Gruppen angezeigt werden, wenn der Umfrage
ausgef&uuml;hrt wird.
Die Gruppen werden immer alphabetisch sortiert ausgef&uuml;hrt und Sie
sollten daher Ihre Gruppennamen entsprechend w&auml;hlen, z.B. "1.)

Tokens are a system you can use to have a controlled survey. A
controlled survey allows you to have a list of 'participants', or
people who have been invited to respond to the survey, and then control
their access to the survey. Each participant is issued with a unique
token number. This token number gives the participant access to the
survey.</font></p>
<p><font style="font-size: 8pt;" face="Verdana">When tokens are
activated for your survey, the only people who can access the public
survey are those who have a 'token' that matches an entry in this
table. Using the tokens control section of LimeSurvey you can add,
remove and modify these token entries.</font></p>
<p><font style="font-size: 8pt;" face="Verdana">The LimeSurvey tokens
system allows you to track who has access to your survey, send out
invitations and reminders to those participants, and see if they have
responded. If you make your survey non-anonymous (or tracked) you can
also match responses to the token entry.</font></p>
